staff are always really friendly & recognise me! always feels very safe & is the only youth hostel I'd go to on my own.

The room we stayed in was very hot! & the lights went off when we were using the showers.

Close to the main station and easy to arrive in the airport.

The doors are heavy and noisy. The shower room that I stayed smelled.

The ventilation is very poor. The bathrooms were not cleaned thoroughly and did not smell fresh. The rooms were not mopped or swept.

You charge EVEN for power to charge a cellphone!

It was very modern and nice interior, staff was nice, I also liked free coffee in the morning, I met some nice people there

Only two toilets per floor and they are not cleaned often enough. There isn't even soap at the sink.

It is clean, modern and nice infrastructure. The breakfast has a variety of breads, fresh fruits and fair price.

The front desk, especially Lara is not friendly át. All.

Not being told that I had to pay for electricity until I got into my bed and wanted to charge my phone and read a note near my head that said 'speak to reception for electricity' -rubbish. I would much rather you put the cost in the final price and just give it to me at the beginning.

The hostel was very clean and tidy and in a good location, not far from the main station, with transport links close by. There are also lots of restaurants in the immediate vicinity. You are given a 'name tag' for your bed, which I thought was a good idea, allowing cleaning staff to see which beds need changing and new arrivals to see which beds are free.

Perhaps it was because I stayed during the time of a trade fair, but the hostel didn't really feel like a hostel. The access to internet was sporadic and the 'chill out lounge' didn't seem very chilled. The pool and table football tables could have been free, which might have encouraged people to mingle/created more of a friendly hostel atmosphere. As soon as you walk into the hostel, you are greeted by some rather loud music and you wonder, have I just walked into a nightclub? Maybe this is just their style, but I found it a bit off-putting. It seemed to be more of a stop-over option rather than somewhere for hardcore 'travellers'. While the location is excellent if you need to be close to the station, the area itself is a red light district and is full of strange characters.

I didn't like when I couldn't cook at the hostel since I brought my own eggs and etc. And also I had to deposit my money for using electricity in the room, since I was running out of money at that time. But the place is very good, the staffs are also very friendly and receptive
